These Canvas Paper Oil Paintings dry very stiff, as they are painted with a thick impasto using painting knives and brushes. They are left with a border around them, so that they can be put inside a mat or can be trimmed to their actual painting size and put in any standard frame. Don't put glass over the top, as it will spoil the texture. They cannot be stretched, but do not need to be. Once framed, they appear as any stretched oil painting.
